Graham Nelson
Boys Varsity Head Coach
Graham is married to Juanita and they are blessed to have two children, Raegan and Royal. They originally met in high school through homeschool soccer and were a part of the first Indy Genesis team (soccer) in 2012. Graham began playing golf after high school and instantly fell in love with the game. He has years of experience working with youth through his church, missions work, and sports. When not golfing or playing soccer, Graham enjoys spending time with his family, working on home improvement projects, and watching Chelsea Football Club.

Tom Nelson
JV Head Coach
Tom is married to Amy and has six children (5 boys & 1 girl). They have been a part of Genesis since the very beginning as one of the original founding families. Five of their children have participated in soccer over the years. Tom is self-employed as a contractor specializing in woodworking and home improvement. He enjoys golfing with his sons & and working on projects in his shop at home.
Shane Olnick
Athletic Director
Shane has been married to his high school sweetheart Tammy for 28 years . They have two sons, Ethan and Dax. Together, they run Marksmen Construction Services. Shane has always had a passion for sports. He grew up playing basketball and soccer and played soccer at a collegiate level. Shane has coached basketball and soccer at all levels from club to high school varsity. Although Shane picked up golf later it has become one of his favorite pastimes. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and golf, traveling and being on the lake with his family.
Michael McBride
Director of Spiritual Growth
Mike and Mandy McBride recently moved to Greenwood from San Diego, CA. Mike is a pastor and church planter with the Presbyterian Church in America. Prior to that he was a management consultant with Accenture. Mandy is a marriage and family counselor by training who has spent the last 12 years focused teaching their four kids – Olivia, Joseph, Greta and Henry – and being a utility player in the work of planting churches. Mike and Mandy have coached and helped coach youth sports for years. Rock climbing, gardening, classic literature, and live Shakespeare are among their favorite things.
Drew Mariner
Treasurer
Drew is married to Keri and the father of Annabelle, Elijah, and Simon. He joined the Indy Genesis Board as the Golf treasurer in 2023. Drew's kids have been involved in homeschool sports for 16 years. Annabelle played basketball and volleyball with a local Upward program. Elijah played basketball with the Indy Wildcats and Golf with Indy Genesis. Drew has served as coach and volunteer for multiple programs. He enjoys teaching kids about sports and actively plays basketball and golf himself. In addition, Drew enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking. Drew serves at his local church, Calvary Tabernacle, which he has been a member for over 25 years. He and his wife enjoy traveling, worshiping Christ, and spending time with family and friends.

Danny Hightsue
Secretary
Danny and his wife Rachel have been married for 24 years. He is the Vice President of Horizon Freight Lines. They have two children, Elijah and Isaiah. Their family has been homeschooling for ten years. Danny has previously served on the Executive Board for Indianapolis Homeschool Wildcats. He and his family are involved in Special Olympics where his son Elijah is an athlete. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf with his sons and going for walks with his wife. He also enjoys serving coffee at his church.
