Rick Sica
Varsity Head Coach
Rick is married to Denise and their kids are Caleb, Naomi, Eliya, Gianna, and Lydia. Rick has coached soccer for about seventeen years, four with Genesis, and has run competitively since 6th grade. In Rick's spare time, he likes to be involved in his children's activities and continues to work out and train for road races.
Andy Crane
Athletic Director
Andy is married to Diane and they have four sons - Nick, Henry, Harrison, and Franklin. As a family, they love to play games, go backpacking, and laugh. Andy and Diane are active in their local church, leading the youth group since 2010. Andy is a gastroenterologist. He is a former cross country and track runner for Hanover College and North Decatur High School and served as an assistant cross country coach during Franklin's second season with Indy Genesis, which inspired him to start running again. In his spare time, he is also a scout leader.
Holly Gollahan
Director of Spiritual Growth
Holly is married to Mark and their children are Elizabeth, Daniel, Jonathan, and Jared. Daniel joined Genesis Track and Field and Cross Country in 2020 and now Jonathan and Jared run also. She has served in leadership in American Heritage Girls and Trail Life for around 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys working with her horse and spending time outside. She looks forward to getting to know the athletes and helping them to grow in their faith.
Kevin Layton
Treasurer
Kevin is married to Jill and their kids are Isaac, Luke, and Samantha. Kevin is a high school math teacher. He has also coached the middle school golf team for his school corporation for the past 20 seasons. In his spare time, he is an adult leader for a boy scout troop that his son's are involved in. He also enjoys being involved in their child's activities. With Genesis, he has helped out as an assistant coach for both the track and cross country teams.
Josh Georgen
Secretary
Josh married his college sweetheart, Nicole, over 20 years ago, and they have eight children: Liliana, Elena, Jubilee, Josiah, Adelise, Antonía, Rosalie, and Eva. He works for Major Hospital in Shelbyville, IN, to make patients' and families' experiences safer, smoother, and less scary. Over the years, Josh has served on the boards of Grace Evangelical Church and the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, and he's taught various homeschool classes at local co-ops. He loves having dinner with his family, gardening, and getting lost in the woods.
